- Establishment and performance of engineering and contracting contracts,
- Execution of bidding, feasibility, and project design processes,
- Customer relationship management, resolution of requests and complaints,
- Execution of billing, accounting, and financial operations,
- Fulfillment of notification obligations to official institutions and organizations as required by legal legislation,
- Protection of information security processes and website infrastructure.

The following data groups are processed through our website, contact forms, and commercial contracts:

Name, surname, Turkish ID number (for authorized persons), job title.

Phone number, corporate/personal e-mail address, notification address.

4. To Whom and For What Purpose Personal Data May Be Transferred
Your collected personal data may be transferred to our Fenike Group of Companies affiliates, contracted official approval authorities (TEİAŞ, TEDAŞ, etc.), our independent audit and legal advisors, and legally authorized public institutions, only to the extent required by the service, in accordance with the conditions specified in Articles 8 and 9 of the Law. It is strictly not sold or transferred to third parties for commercial marketing purposes.
5. Rights of the Data Subject (Article 11)
In accordance with Article 11 of the KVKK, data subjects have the following rights by applying to our Company:
- To learn whether personal data is being processed,
- To request information if personal data has been processed,
- To learn the purpose of processing and whether they are used in accordance with their purpose,
- To know the third parties to whom data is transferred domestically or abroad,
- To request correction of incomplete or incorrectly processed data,
- To request the deletion or destruction of data within the framework of the Law.
You may submit your requests regarding your rights in writing to our company address with a wet-signed petition, or via Registered Electronic Mail (KEP) / through your e-mail address registered in our system to info@nurenerjimuhendislik.com. Your applications will be concluded free of charge within 30 days at the latest.
