It is a legal requirement to appoint a "High Voltage Operation Manager" for all transformer centers with an installed power exceeding 1 kV in industrial facilities. Our program provides engineers with all the responsibilities required by legal legislation, maneuvering protocols, and occupational safety measures through field experience.

- Annual periodic transformer test reporting and official processes with distribution companies

Training Curriculum and Application Modules
#01 Module 1: Legal Responsibilities & Legislation
Labor Law, EKAT regulation, and the scope of criminal/legal liabilities of the operation manager.
#02 Module 2: Switchyard Equipment & Protection Cells
SF6 gas-insulated circuit breakers, vacuum circuit breakers, disconnectors, and busbar arrangements.
#03 Module 3: Safe Maneuvering & LOTO Procedure
Closing cell-internal grounding switches, fuse replacement, and use of voltage detectors.
#04 Module 4: Transformer Oil Tests & Periodic Measurements
Insulation resistance (Megger), turns ratio (TTR), and transformer breakdown voltage measurements.
